Welcome

Each group workshop is thoughtfully designed to create a balanced and immersive experience. For a 2 hr session, you might experience something like:

1. Welcome & Intention Setting

• Warm greeting and introductions
• Setting group intentions to focus the energy and purpose of the session

2. Educational Segment 

• An overview of the day’s topic (e.g., chakra balancing, Reiki principles, shamanic journeying)
• Explanation of key concepts and practices

3. Guided Practice & Healing 

• Hands-on group activities such as guided meditation, energy healing, or visualization
• Group Reiki or chakra healing practice (optional for participants)
• Shamanic journey or planetary astra projection experience (as applicable)

4. Sharing & Reflection 

• Participants share their experiences and insights (optional)
• Q&A and discussion to deepen understanding

5. Closing & Integration 

• Grounding exercises and guidance for continued self-care
• Final group blessings or intentions for ongoing healing

All workshops include a giveaway, art as therapy exercises, and lovingly insightful connective experiences and conversations.
