Return and Refund policy

At Higher Heart Healing, your healing journey and time are deeply valued. Because of the personalized and energy-based nature of the services offered, all sales are final, and we do not provide refunds.  Also, pre-paid services must be used within 30 days of purchase; otherwise, they will be forfeited.

Life can be unpredictable.  If you need to reschedule your appointment, I am happy to work with you to find a new time that fits your schedule. Simply reach out at least 24 hours before your session, and we will accommodate you with compassion and understanding.
